Are you Pet friendly?
We understand that your pets are part of the family! We typically will allow dogs at Stone Haven however, bringing a pet needs to be cleared with the manager ahead of time and will include a pet fee of $150 upon booking.
Is there a nightly minimum?
Yes, there is a 2 nights minimum stay with Stone Haven Lodge.
Are you handicap ACCESSIBLE?
Yes, the lodge is wheelchair accessible at the west entrance. The downstairs living area and bedrooms are also accessible. The bathrooms are spacious but there are no bars in the shower and there is a step to get into the shower. There are no bars in the toilet rooms.
Where are all the beds?
Stone Haven has a lot of different places to sleep your guests, here's the explanation of the beds. Family master bedroom has 1 king bed and three twin beds in a small room off the bedroom. There is a pull out twin chair in the master bedroom. Front bedroom has 1 king bed. Back bedroom has 1 king bed. In the alcove in the main living area there is a pull out queen air-dream bed. The leather ottoman in the living room is a pull out twin bed. Upstairs bedroom has 1 queen bed. Upstairs TV/sitting room has 1 queen pull out sofa and one full sized futon. Pool room has 2 pull out twin chairs.
Is there a lake near the lodge?
Yes! Show Low Lake and Fools Hollow Lake are within a couple of miles from the lodge.
Can we ride ATV's on the property and/or around the neighborhood?
No, There is a neighborhood ordinance prohibiting ATV's.
Why do we need to have Accidental damage insurance and a security deposit?
The insurance is through CSA and HomeAway so their policies are geared toward vacation rental circumstances which offers our guests hassle free coverage with no extra out of pocket charges for the accidents that can happen to anyone. The security deposit is required to reserve the dates and covers things that aren't covered by the accidental insurance like additional cleaning fees.
